Roles and responsibilities for EBM in IJSSSR
Members of editorial boards (EBMs) agree in advance to conduct peer evaluations for a journal or journal section. Over the course of a quarter, EBMs provide systematic peer reviews of at least 5 to 8 manuscript submissions. EBMs typically only examine submissions that pertain to a single editor, however in some cases, numerous editors may be assigned to review a same manuscript due to the need to balance workloads among sections of a journal. EBMs are often very knowledgeable in their speciality (or specialties), have experience reviewing papers, and are dedicated to helping the journal they work for by contributing timely, excellent reviews. The quality, worth, and reputation of science published in the International Journal of Science and Social Science Researches are significantly influenced by EBMs. Peer review's appraisal and helpful criticism enable writers to improve their work and, more crucially, enable the editor to determine whether the piece is appropriate for journal publishing.
